Overview of Easebuzz Internal Complaints Committee under POSH Policy
An Internal Complaints Committee ("ICC") is constituted pursuant to the provisions of Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace Act, 2013 ("POSH Act"). It is a functional body to redress grievances w.r.t. Sexual Harassment at Easebuzz.
ICC is headed by a senior woman officer of the Company and 50% members of the ICC are women as required under the POSH Act. Easebuzz has also empaneled an External Member who is familiar with the issue of sexual harassment at work place and is working with the well know Non Government Organisation in Pune for the cause of Women.
